Finished the outside of the Lincoln. Interior still needs help but am heading quickly in that direction. This 61' Lincoln was purchased by my parents back in 64', stored for 30 years and resurrected back to life just this spring. Lots of man hours! 470 cubic inch monster with air conditioning.

Toured the area

My mom came down from Denver to join Beverly and myself over the past two weeks. She has been a blessing to us and we really have enjoyed her time here. Went to the crossroads opry two evenings ago. Yesterday we had lunch at the Hanging tree restaurant in Goliad. The old bank on the square is for sale. Hmmmm, might be a nice place to display my vintage motorcycles.

These pesky little bikes can be a joy or a bugger! More often or not, they behave
well. Preventive maintanence is the order of the day.

News for 2011

Been gone awhile from blog-ville. Spent Thanksgiving in Sarasota with Bev's sister and her Mom. Spent a nice Christmas in Denver with 2 of my three sisters and my Mom. No snow, just cold weather.

Making arrangements for the Terni motogiro being held this year in Bologna. Getting my Motobi readied in Milano. Considering getting my own van to haul my stuff from event to event. Several giros are in Spain as well as France.

Hughey and Zolly are in Monterey county California sprucing up our house. Roofers just about done and the new (antique) wood burning stove is just about in place.

Joined the Texas State Guard a few months ago and really enjoy it. Training, training and training!
